Riptide Mutineer Lightweight Mens Back Mount BCD Weight Integrated is packed with the latest advances in technology, safety, and performance. Ballistic nylon shell houses an abate air cell with 38 lbs of lift capacity. Cell offers low drag and resistance to reduce diver effort and fatigue. Two integrated easy-access weight pockets accommodate up to 12 lbs each. Front and back lift handles make it easy to transport the BCD, which weighs only 4.9 lbs dry. Padded back panel includes lumbar support cushions and stow pocket with bottom opening for storage of your SMB or lift bag. At the top of the back panel, a mesh compartment holds a small, replaceable, water-activated safety strobe. Multiple harness adjustment points, quick release buckles, padded cummerbund, and sternum strap ensure a snug yet comfortable fit. Includes 9 D-ring sleeves, dual cam bands, and carry handle. BCD features Riptide’s unique, feature-packed inflator hose. Oval-shaped cross section makes this a crush-proof hose. Comes equipped with a K-valve inflator that includes an oral inflate receptacle, as well as the usual push-button controls. Pull dump functionality is built in, so forward tug on the inflator hose acts as a pull dump to deflate the air cell. Dump closes when the hose is released, allowing for incremental deflation.
